Meet the Dentists

Dr. Francis Lugo

Dr. Francis Lugo is a Tampa native who received her undergraduate degree in Biology from University of South Florida. Later went on to continue her education and complete her DDS from New York University College of Dentistry. At NYU she obtained comprehensive training in all areas of dentistry from restorative, cosmetic, and prosthodontics.

Dr. Salwan Louis

Dr Salwan (Sal) Louis is originally from Baghdad, Iraq. After completing his DDS in Iraq and due to the unfortunate situation he immigrated to San Diego, California. Having passed the necessary boards, he was accepted and completed the Advanced Placement program at New York University College of Dentistry. While at NYU he further sharpened his dentistry, academically and clinically.
